HOW IT WORKS
This platform is a participatory system for creating unique motifs through a series of digital performances. Each final artwork is formed through multiple performances, with each performance contributing a unique motif to the final composition.
Each performance is based on a specific theme or conceptual axis. Participants, referred to as Performers, take part in a seven-stage digital and conceptual performance. Each performance has its own distinct title and subject.
No Artificial Intelligence is involved in the performance or creation of the motifs. Every motif is generated entirely through an algorithmic system whose rules and structure have been defined and designed by the artist. The algorithm determines the possibilities and rules through which the motifs can take form.
One of the fundamental principles of the system is uniqueness through the removal of the production pathway. Once a motif is created through a Performer’s performance, the specific pathway that generated that motif is permanently removed from the algorithm. That pathway can no longer be used to recreate the same motif. As a result, every motif produced within the system is unique and non-replicable.
Each motif is not simply an image generated by a system; it is the result of a specific performance by a specific individual. Once created, the motif is registered under the Performer’s name, together with their personal narrative, which becomes part of the process and meaning of that motif.
At the end of the process, the collection of individually created motifs comes together to form the final artwork. The artwork’s certificate records the names of all Performers who contributed to its creation, together with the narrative associated with each of their motifs. In this way, the identity and narrative of each participant become part of the history and certificate of the artwork.
